This is the privacy policy of Matthew Wrigley trading as SkycamFX. This document explains SkycamFX’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

The Information We Collect
SkycamFX collects information by various methods including information actively provided by its lead providers, its customers and information arising from customer surveys and general feedback.
The type of personal information we collect include name, contact information, identification information, bank details, credit information and imagery. Credit card information is used for billing purposes only. We may record calls to or from our clients for purpose of accuracy, performance reviews, training and general quality assurance.  
We will capture images of places, people, buildings and landscapes as a consequence of fulfilling our aerial photography, video and other operations / services we provide for our customers.
How We Use This Information
This information is used to aid in the provision of our products and services, including customer service, accounting, billing, collections, and the marketing of other products or services.
SkycamFX may use aggregate or anonymous information for various uses for itself and third parties.
Who We Share This Information With
SkycamFX does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. Your information may be shared internally amongst our staff but they will only use it to carry out their duties in line with the purposes set out above. We may also need to share the information with our professional advisors, such as our accounting and legal advisors, but only if they require information to provide advice or to fulfil a legal or legislative requirement.
The imagery we capture may be used by our customers for anything they wish and could be distributed internally or externally and be available freely in the public domain. It is the responsibility of our customers who receive this data to have an appropriate privacy policy in place to cover this.
Personal Information is stored in a combination of paper and electronic files. They are protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information. All data we hold is held securely and will only be retained for as long as necessary to provide our services, or for legal or legislative reasons.
Aerial photography, video and other operational digital media will be held securely on our server for one year following completion of our services. A backup of the above will also be held securely in a cloud storage facility in which the client can access for the purpose of retrieving after the one year has expired. This may incur administration costs for the client.
Accessing Information
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us on We will send you your request within 1 month.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
Cookies are used by SkycamFX for the convenience of our users. Cookies automatically authenticate the user. A user can access the SkycamFX website with the cookie feature turned off; however, in doing so they may find themselves challenged for username or password information on multiple occasions. SkycamFX also uses cookies to track user visits and uses that information to improve the user’s experience.
The SkycamFX website may contain links to information at other websites. When you click on one of these links, you are moving to another website. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as their privacy policy may differ from ours.
SkycamFX may amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how SkycamFX uses or discloses personal information already held by SkycamFX in a material way, SkycamFX will obtain consent.
Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time.
SkycamFX may disclose personal information to another entity purchasing (including for diligence purposes prior to purchase) the assets of SkycamFX, provided that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
